The Food Bank serves nine counties covering approximately 20,000 square miles in Eastern New Mexico and West Texas. The Food Bank has two refrigerated trucks that deliver commodities, bread, pastry and produce into 42 volunteer sites that in turn distribute the food to the local families in need.

1/14/2008 - Altrusa International of Yaquina Bay is working to improve dental health in Lincoln County through a project called, "Something to Smile About". 11/27/2007 - Six Hot Springs Village, Arkansas Altrusans and two spouses went to Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center in Little Rock to assemble Disaster Kits. Ferncliff is one of the fastest growing Presbyterian camps and retreat facilities in the country.

We are always looking for new photos to add to the web site.

Please send us any photos related to Altrusa activities that you may have.  Don't worry about their size as we will automatically resize them and create thumbnails.  We will also select the best ones for rotation on the home page, so be sure to make them all count!

We can only accept digital photographs, as we don't have the staff to scan printed photos.

Please send all pictures, along with a caption describing them to photos@altrusa.com.
