Ilona Kerby, International President
Altrusa International of Longview - Kelso, Washington
Ilona was officially installed as the International President of Altrusa International Inc. for the 2013-2015 biennium at the 2013 International Convention in Rotorua, New Zealand. It was during the International Convention in Rapid City, SD that she was named President-Elect. A member of Altrusa International, Inc. of Longview Kelso since 1987, Ilona has served as International Vice President 2009-2011. In addition, she served as Governor of District Twelve in 2003-2005 and has held various District offices and served as the chair of District and local club committees. She served as President of her Altrusa Club in 1993-1994; and has chaired numerous committees and fundraising efforts.
Silvia Silverman, International President Elect
Altrusa International of Montgomery, Maryland
Silvia is now the President-Elect for the 2013-2015 biennium after serving as Vice President on the International Board for 2011-2013. Her previous positions with Altrusa include serving as International Director from 2009-2011 and Governor of District Two in 2006-2008. In addition, she served at the District level as Governor-Elect, and First and Second Vice Governor. In her club of Montgomery County, Maryland, Silvia has served as a Director for two terms, Vice President for two terms and two terms as President. As International Vice President Silvia is part of the Executive Committee, the Personnel Committee, and the Finance Committee. As International Director, Silvia served on the Leadership Development Committee, assisted in various task forces.
Leanne Milligan, International Vice-President
Altrusa International of Te Awamutu, New Zealand
After holding the position of International Treasurer from 2011-2013, Leanne continues to serve Altrusa's International Board as International Vice President. A member of Altrusa since since 1994, Leanne has held many offices in her club, including that of President. On the District level, she served as Treasurer, First and Second Vice Governor, Governor Elect and in 2009-2011 as District Governor. On the International level, she was a member of the 2001-2003 Bylaws Resolutions and Recommendations Committee and in 2003-2005 chaired the Service Development Committee. In addition, she was a member of the 2009-2011 International Long Range Strategic Planning Committee and Co-chair of the Governor's Council.
Donna C. Johnson, International Treasurer
Altrusa International of Gainesville, Florida
Donna has been a member of Altrusa International, Inc. of Gainesville, Florida since 1984 and, in that time, has held many offices and chaired various committees. In 1990-1991, Donna served as President of her Altrusa club. Donna currently serves as Chair of the ASTRA and Strategic Planning Committees for her club. In 1994 and 2007, she was the District Three Conference Co-Chair and, in 1995, went on to become a District Director, a position she held until 1997. In 1997, she was elected to serve as Vice Governor and became Governor of the District in 1999-2001. Donna has served on the International Board as Vice President, President and immediate Past International President. During the 2013 International Convention in Rotorua, she was named International Treasurer. Donna also continues to work endlessly for International as Chair of the Personnel Committee and the Task Force for Data Management.
Kathy Carmack, International Director
Altrusa International of Hamilton, Ohio
Kathy is a newly appointed International Director for 2013-2015 and has been a member of Altrusa club of Hamilton, OH since 1988. She was elected as President of the Club (1994-1996), and chaired nearly every committee when asked to help. Kathy served as District Membership Chair in 1999-2001, and this started a 12 year journey as a District Director, Second Vice Governor, Vice Governor, Governor-Elect, and finally Governor in 2009-2011. She was elected to the International Nominating Committee for the 2005-2007 biennium.
Bev McAlpin, International Director
Altrusa International of Red Oak, Iowa
Bev McAlpin is a new International Director for the 2013-2015 biennium. Her time at Altrusa started when she became a member of Altrusa International of Red Oak, IA in 1996 and she served as Treasurer, Vice-President, President-Elect, and President (two terms) on the club level. In the District office, Bev was a Director from 2004-2006, First Vice-Governor 2006-2008, Governor-Elect 2008-2010 and Governor from 2010-2013.
Diane Eberhard, International Director
Altrusa International of Sikeston, Missouri
Diane Eberhard, a new International Director for the 2013-2015 biennium, has been a member in Sikeston, MO since 1987. She was Sikeston's Club President in 1999-2000 and 2005-2006, as well as Director, Treasurer, Vice-President and President Elect. On the District Eight level, Diane served as the Communications Chair from 1996-1998, the District LRSP Trainer, Second Vice Governor (2004-2006), First Vice Governor (2006-2008), Governor Elect (2008-2011) and Governor (2011-2013). Diane is also the District Webmaster. Internationally, Diane has serviced as Vice Chair of the Communications Committee (2003-2005), Elections Committee Chair in 2009 and as the Governors Council Vice Chair 2011-2013
Carol Latham, International Director
Altrusa International of Anaheim, California
Carol Latham, a new International Director for 2013-2015 biennium, has been a member in Anaheim, California in District Eleven since 1994. She served on various committees before becoming President in 1997-1998. After her time as President, Carol became District Communications Chairman from 1999-2001. Since then, she has served as District 1st Vice & Governor Elect (2001-2003), District Eleven Governor (2003-2005), International Service Development Chairman and International Director (2005-2007), International Clubs-At-Large Chairman (2007-2009), International BRR Committee Member (2009-2011), International Clubs-At-Large Chairman (2011-2013).
Dona M. Garretson, International Past President
Altrusa International of Grand Junction, Colorado
Dona assumed her role as the Past International President at the 2013 International Convention in Rotorua, New Zealand. She was elected International President-Elect by the delegates to the 2009 Indianapolis International Convention for the 2009-2011 biennium, and installed as International President on July 25, 2011 at the 2011 Rapid City International Convention. Dona has been a member of Altrusa International, Inc. of Grand Junction, Colorado since 1987.She served as President of her Altrusa Club from 1992-1993, and has also served in various other offices and chaired an array of club committees. Dona served as the first President of the Altrusa International, Inc. of Grand Junction, Colorado Foundation in 2001-2002.
