Altrusa's International Office in Chicago, Illinois, handles the
day-to-day administration of the Association and Foundation. Its primary
purpose is to assist Altrusans and their Clubs carry out the purposes
and objectives of the organization.
The office staff is available to answer your questions and assist in
any way possible. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST),
Monday through Friday.

A native of Chicago, Tanika Wilson became a member of the Altrusa International, Inc. Staff as Director of Member Services in 2000. She graduated from National Louis University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Master of Business Administration and was previously employed with the American Medical Association. She is a member of the Association Forum of Chicago.

Bill joined the Altrusa team in August 2006 after having worked for almost 30 years for the Elks National Foundation headquarters in Chicago ending his career there as the Donor Services Supervisor, prior to that Bill worked as assistant to the Operations Manager of Victor Business Products also located in Chicago.
He was born in Chicago but still cannot resist being a Green Bay Packers fan.
Bill is an avid fisherman and truly loves the outdoor in addition to fishing he also enjoys juggling and is now learning to play guitar both acoustic and electric.
He and his wife Lianne have been married for 31 years and they have two children, Christopher and Jennifer.
Adriana Mena, Finance Director

Adriana Mena is a recent graduate of Illinois State
University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in International
Business along with a minor in French. While in college, she had the
opportunity to study abroad in France for a semester, and was fortunate
to serve as an intern at the Quebec delegation in Chicago. Before
coming to Altrusa, she worked as an office manager for a team of medical
physicians. One of her many strengths is the ability to communicate
fluently in English and Spanish.

Brooke Ramsey has been hired as the Foundation Coordinator. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Italian; and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to being hired, she worked in fund development for a family foundation and museum in Chicago, IL. Her responsibilities include coordinating the Altrusa Foundation grant-making process, prospect research, and grant writing.
