Altrusa's International Office in Chicago, Illinois, handles the
day-to-day administration of the Association and Foundation. Its primary
purpose is to assist Altrusans and their Clubs carry out the purposes
and objectives of the organization.
The office staff is available to answer your questions and assist in
any way possible. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST),
Monday through Friday.
Sandra Jablonski, Association Manager Sandy@altrusa.org
Sandy has been a member of Altrusa International for 30 years and this November became its Association Manager. As a member, she has experience serving all levels of the organization including as International Membership Chair, District Board Director, Club Treasurer and the first President of Altrusa International of Blair County, PA.
She brings a wealth of experience in non-profit management, financial management, strategic planning, project management, strategic alliance building, and the training and development of staff and volunteers. She holds a Bachelors Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters Degree in Education from James Madison University. Sandy enjoys sports, long walks with her dog, and playing the trombone in community bands.
Tanika Wilson, Director of Member Services Tanika@altrusa.org
A native of Chicago, Tanika Wilson became a member of the Altrusa International, Inc. Staff as Director of Member Services in 2000. She graduated from National Louis University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Master of Business Administration and was previously employed with the American Medical Association. She is a member of the Association Forum of Chicago.
Bill Howard, Membership Associate Bill@altrusa.org
Bill joined the Altrusa team in August 2006 after having worked for almost 30 years for the Elks National Foundation headquarters in Chicago ending his career there as the Donor Services Supervisor, prior to that Bill worked as assistant to the Operations Manager of Victor Business Products also located in Chicago.
He was born in Chicago but still cannot resist being a Green Bay Packers fan.
Bill is an avid fisherman and truly loves the outdoor in addition to fishing he also enjoys juggling and is now learning to play guitar both acoustic and electric.
He and his wife Lianne have been married for 31 years and they have two children, Christopher and Jennifer.
Adriana Mena, Finance Director
Adriana Mena is a recent graduate of Illinois State
University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in International
Business along with a minor in French. While in college, she had the
opportunity to study abroad in France for a semester, and was fortunate
to serve as an intern at the Quebec delegation in Chicago. Before
coming to Altrusa, she worked as an office manager for a team of medical
physicians. One of her many strengths is the ability to communicate
fluently in English and Spanish.
Tori Queri, Administrative Assistant
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from
DePaul University and studied abroad at the University Westminster,
London, England. She brings with her a myriad of skills and experiences
relevant to the office needs.
Shawna Kaiser, Foundation Coordinator, International Foundation, Inc.
Shawna has been hired as the Foundation Coordinator. She has a
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan
University and a Master of Arts in Communication from DePaul
University. She brings almost four years of experience with another
nonprofit to her position.
